Doctors: No Signs Jimmy Carter's Cancer Is Spreading

Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter got some good news Tuesday: Doctors in Atlanta said that there was no evidence his liver and brain cancer had spread and that he was responding well to treatment. Cancer experts who are not involved in treating Carter said the report was the best news he could possibly have received.
