Kerry to Make Haiti Stop, Discuss Elections

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry plans a brief stop in Haiti to discuss preparations for this month's presidential and parliamentary elections.   Kerry is to meet Tuesday afternoon with outgoing President Michel Martelly and other Haitian officials.
