Pro-Russian Parties Win Kyrgyzstan Polls

Electoral officials in Kyrgyzstan say President Almazbek Atambayev's pro-Russian Social Democratic Party won Sunday's parliamentary polls, with other loosely aligned parties poised to form a new coalition government.
