Hurricane Joaquin, Category 4, Batters Bahamas

Hurricane Joaquin is causing flooding in lightly populated parts of the Bahamas as "an extremely dangerous" Category 4 storm, and could strengthen further, according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center.
