Egypt's President Pardons 2 Al-Jazeera Journalists

Egypt's President Abdel Fattah el-Sissi on Wednesday pardoned 100 human rights activists, including two journalists for Al-Jazeera English, according to state media and the lawyer of one of the reporters. The two, Canadian journalist Mohamed Fahmy and Egyptian national Baher Mohammed, are expected to be released later in the day.
