Rains Flood Central, Northern Japan

Heavy rain continued falling Thursday in central and northern Japan, where authorities have ordered tens of thousands of people to evacuate. The rains left over from what was Typhoon Etau have caused extensive flooding, including pushing the Kinugawa River over its banks and into the surrounding area north of Tokyo. Japan's Metrological Agency posted widespread warnings, urging people to be ready for more flooding and landslides.  Some areas have seen more than 50 centimeters...
