Jailed Kentucky Clerk Who Fought Gay Marriage to be Released

A jailed Kentucky county clerk was ordered released from jail after being detained for contempt of court over her refusal to issue marriage licenses to gay couples. A district judge lifted the detention order for Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis but ordered her not to interfere with the granting of licenses by her deputies.
