Burundians Accuse Ruling Party Youth Wing of Human Rights Violations

The U.N. Human Rights Office has warned that widespread violence and human rights violations in Burundi have brought the country to the brink of civil war. The Geneva-based U.N. rights body has also documented cases of arbitrary arrests and murder of opposition figures, protestors and activists. For VOA, Mohammed Yusuf reports from the border between Burundi and Rwanda -- where some refugees accuse a ruling party militia group of stopping, questioning and arresting them.
