US, Cuba Restore Full Diplomatic Ties After More Than 50 Years

The United States and Cuba have moved to end more than five decades of hostility and mistrust by restoring diplomatic relations. The two countries opened their embassies, on Monday, although the formal ceremony for the U.S. opening in Havana will take place next month. VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins was at the Cuban embassy, where onlookers had mixed views about the two countries re-establishing ties.
