10 Killed in Blast Near Turkey-Syria Border

Turkish state-run media report a blast has killed at least 10 people and wounded many more in the southeastern town of Suruc, near the Syrian border. Some reports say dozens of people were hospitalized following Monday's blast at a cultural center.
