Liberia’s Brumskine Outlines Vision for 2017 Presidential Bid

Liberia’s next presidential election is in 2017, but candidates are already lining up to succeed Africa’s first female elected president, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, and hopefully dethrone the ruling Unity Party. Vice President Joseph Boakai has already said he will run in 2017 after being petitioned by citizens from his Lofa County region.
