Asian Groups' Complaint Against Harvard Dismissed

The U.S. Department of Education has dismissed a complaint filed against Harvard University by a group of Asian-American students who claim the university uses racial quotas to keep out high-scoring Asians. The department’s Office for Civil Rights rejected the complaint filed in May by more than 60 Chinese, Indian, Korean and Pakistani groups.
