Shooting Reported, Unconfirmed, at US Military Hospital

Police outside Washington, DC, are responding to reports of a single gunshot fired at a military medical center. The local law enforcement agency, Montgomery County Police, said its officers have not confirmed the initial report at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
