Greece Signals Willingness to Negotiate If Creditors Make New Concessions

Greece stoked hopes for a negotiated solution to its debt crisis Wednesday when Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras issued a statement that his government might accept a European bailout if creditors were willing to make concessions.
