After being closed for months, Iraqi Kurdistan's Irbil Citadel - 8,000 years old and one of the longest-inhabited spaces in the world - has been re-opened to the public amid major efforts to restore and protect the site. But with government funds hit by the fight against the so-called "Islamic State," progress looks uncertain.
