Car Bomb Explodes Outside Busy Mogadishu Restaurant

Witnesses say a car bomb has exploded outside a busy restaurant in the Somali capital, Mogadishu. There was no immediate word on casualties from Tuesday's blast. The restaurant is near the Hotel Central, the scene of a deadly attack in February by militant group al-Shabab. On Monday al-Shabab claimed responsibility for a suicide attack that killed at least seven people and wounded eight others in northern Somalia.
