Voting Begins in Nigerian Elections

Polls have opened in Nigeria for national presidential and parliamentary elections that were delayed six weeks because of the Boko Haram insurgency. Voting began early Saturday afternoon Nigeria time, amid scattered reports of violence and delays at polling stations.
