Blasts Reported in Two Nigerian Locations

Multiple explosions were reported Tuesday at two locations inside increasingly volatile Nigeria. A reporter for VOA's Hausa Service says at least three blasts hit a military checkpoint in the northeastern town of Biu. Another Hausa Service reporter says several explosions and gunfire went off at a political rally for the opposition APC party in southern Rivers state.
