UN Considers Yemen Resolution

The U.N. Security Council is considering a resolution on Yemen that would urge the Shi'ite Houthi rebels to step down, release ousted President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi and his Cabinet, and engage "in good faith" in U.N.-led peace talks. Diplomats said the resolution fell short of evoking Chapter Seven of the U.N. Charter allowing for military enforcement.
