Hong Kong Ferry Captain Guilty of Manslaughter in Collision

A Hong Kong court found a ferry boat captain guilty of manslaughter Saturday in a collision that killed 39 people in 2012. Sea Smooth captain Lai Sai-ming, 56, was also convicted of one count of endangering the safety of others at sea in the accident between his high-speed ferry and a smaller pleasure boat near Lamma Island.
