Few Believe Minsk Summit Will End Fighting in Ukraine

There is little hope that a peace summit in Minsk will end fighting in eastern Ukraine, where pro-Russian rebels are seeking independence from Kyiv. As German and French leaders sat with their counterparts from Ukraine and Russia to negotiate a deal to end hostilities between Ukrainian troops and the separatists, at least two people were killed in fighting in eastern Ukraine. About 20 people were killed in the fierce fighting in the days leading up to the summit in Belarus. Zlatica Hoke reports.
