Taiwan Plane Crash Kills at Least 2

A commercial airplane crashed into a river outside Taiwan's capital early Wednesday, killing at least two people, according to Taiwanese officials. Some local media are reporting passengers remain trapped inside the TransAsia Airways ATR-72, which crashed into the Keelung River after clipping a bridge.
