Fired Bartender Charged With Threatening to Kill Boehner

A federal grand jury has indicted an Ohio bartender for allegedly threatening to kill Republican House Speaker John Boehner by poisoning his drink at a country club. The suspect, Michael Hoyt of Cincinnati, was being evaluated for possible mental illness. His indictment, made public Tuesday, alleges that Hoyt, who was fired from his bartender's job in October, telephoned police and blamed Boehner for his problems.
