World Bank Predicts Global Growth 'Uptick'

World Bank experts predict an "uptick" in global economic growth in 2015, but say much of the economy is still "fragile." Tuesday's report from the bank says world economic growth will hit three percent in 2015. That would be 0.4 percent higher than last year.
