HIV/AIDS Budget Revealed in New Study on African Countries

The results of a new study revealed in the medical journal, The Lancet, covering 12 countries in sub-Saharan Africa asks how some of these countries will pay to expand efforts to fight the AIDS epidemic as international donor budgets tighten.
