Fed Ponders Interest Rates, Economic Troubles, Growth

Top officials of the U.S. central bank have been discussing economic issues and debating for the past two days how soon and how fast to raise the key U.S. interest rate. Interest rates were cut to nearly zero during the financial crisis in a bid to boost U.S. economic growth.
