More Than 60 Killed Monday in Nigeria Attacks

Sources in Nigeria say more than 60 people were killed Monday in attacks by suspected Islamist militants on two state capitals. A hospital morgue worker says at least 59 people died in the fighting in the Yobe state capital of Damaturu. The worker, who spoke to reporters on condition of anonymity, said the bodies of 33 police officers, six soldiers and 20 militants were brought to the hospital.
