US Fed Ends Bond Buying Program, Keeps Interest Rates Low

The U.S. Federal Reserve says it is ending its bond buying program this week but assured investors that short-term interest rates will remain near zero for some time. The announcement comes amid growing worries about the global economy and recent market volatility. VOA's Mil Arcega has more.
