Kerry Lays Wreath for Slain Canadian Soldier

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Tuesday laid a wreath at Canada's National War Memorial in Ottawa, where a Canadian soldier was shot and killed by a lone attacker last week. Kerry called the death of Corporal Nathan Cirillo a premeditated terrorist attack. After killing Cirillo, the gunman opened fire inside the Canadian Parliament building before being shot to death by the sergeant-at-arms.
