Heavy Rains Pound Eastern India after Cyclone Kills 24

A cyclone that killed at least 24 people as it swept through eastern India continues to dump rain inland after being downgraded to a tropical depression. India's National Disaster Management Authority is warning six states that they will face continued heavy rain from Tuesday through Thursday.
