Oakland Artist Creates Small Homes for Homeless

An artist in Oakland, California, is using his skills to help the homeless by building small enclosures that serve as portable homes and offer safety and protection from the elements.  An industrial section of West Oakland, beneath freeway overpasses, is dotted with tiny houses designed and built by a local artist.
