Flooding Kills Scores in India, Pakistan

Heavy monsoon rains and some of the worst flooding in decades have killed scores of people in northern India and Pakistan. At least 65 people have been killed and scores more are missing after heavy rains inundated villages in Indian-controlled Kashmir. The Indian army immediately began rescue operations.  Army officials said they have rescued more than 100 civilians. Meanwhile, in Pakistan and the Kashmir territory under Pakistan's control, flooding left at least 60 people...
