Diplomat Suspected of Beating Daughter

Equatorial Guinea's ambassador to the United States is suspected of beating his daughter with a wooden chair leg. Police in Arlington, Virginia, outside Washington D.C. said they were called to the home of Ambassador Ruben Maye Nsue Mangue late Monday.  There they encountered the teenage girl with a "significant laceration'' to her head, bruises and a swollen eye.
