Israeli Airstrikes Kill 2, Destroy High-Rise Building

Palestinian officials say Israeli airstrikes have killed two people in a wave of attacks that also included bombing two high-rise buildings. One airstrike early Tuesday destroyed much of a 15-story office and apartment tower in Gaza City, wounding at least 20 people.
