Turkish Kurds Want Ankara to Declare Stance on ISIL

The leadership of the Kurdish rebel group PKK has called on Ankara to "declare its stance on ISIL." The PKK is accusing the Turkish government of backing ISIL in its battle against Syrian Kurds.
