France Celebrates Bastille Day

France celebrates Bastille Day July 14, commemorating the storming of the Bastille fortress in Paris on July 14, 1789, marking the beginning of the French Revolution.  French President Francois Hollande and other dignitaries attended the traditional military parade along the Champ Elysees Monday morning.  Hundreds of thousands of spectators lined the Parisian boulevard to watch the event.
