Kerry Says 'Never Again' on Srebrenica Massacre Anniversary

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry spoke out against hate and discrimination on Friday, the 19th anniversary of the Srebrenica massacre of 8,000 Muslim males during the Bosnian civil war.
