FBI Arrests Woman Allegedly Planning to Fight with ISIL

Newly unsealed court documents show the FBI arrested a 19-year-old woman in April as she was about to fly to Syria, apparently intending to help Islamic terrorists. Authorities identify the suspect as Shannon Maureen Conley. She is charged with conspiring to provide support to a foreign terrorist group.
