Panama Court Releases North Korean Sailors

A Panamanian court has acquitted the captain and two other officers of a North Korean ship of arms trafficking charges.  The ship was carrying an undeclared cargo of Cuban arms as it tried to enter the Panama Canal last year. The court ordered the release of the three officers of the Chong Chon Gang Friday. The ship's 32 other North Korean crewmembers had been allowed to sail the vessel back to North Korea in February after the ship's owner paid a $666,000 fine. North...
