Philippines Arrests Senator on Graft Charges

A Philippines graft court has ordered the arrest of Senator Jinggoy Estrada on a charge of receiving huge kickbacks from government development and anti-poverty funds. Estrada, the son of former president and now Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada, is accused of pocketing more than $4 million from the funds.
