Hague: Britain to Reopen Embassy in Iran

Britain plans to reopen its embassy in Iran, two and a half years after protesters angry at new British sanctions stormed and ransacked the site in Tehran. Foreign Secretary William Hague said in a written statement to parliament Tuesday that some practical issues need to be resolved, but that the "circumstances are right" to reopen the embassy.
