Boko Haram Linked to New Nigeria Attack; UN Considers Sanctions

Gunmen have killed at least 29 people in an attack on a remote village in northeastern Nigeria. Residents and officials suspect Boko Haram militants were behind the attack Wednesday in Chukku Nguddoa, a village in Borno state. Most of the village was burned down in the assault.
