Pistorius to Begin Mental Evaluation Monday

A South African judge has ordered runner Oscar Pistorius to undergo psychiatric and psychological tests beginning Monday to examine whether his mental state made him "criminally responsible" for shooting his girlfriend. Judge Thokozile Masipa said Tuesday the doctors will look into whether a mental illness or defect at the time of the shooting affected his ability to recognize it was wrong.
