Militants Kill Second Somali Lawmaker

Somali militants have claimed responsibility for killing a second member of parliament in as many days.Al-Shabab said it shot Abdiaziz Isaq Mursal, who died Tuesday after an ambush in the Dharkaynley district of Mogadishu.
