Gyude Bryant, Liberia’s Sixth Transitional Leader, Dies at 65

The former chairman of Liberia’s last transitional government, who played a pivotal role in guiding the country from civil war to the election of Africa’s first female president, has died. Gyude Bryant died Wednesday at the John F.
