Reports: Obama Calls for End of NSA Massive Phone Data Collection

U.S. news outlets have reported that the Obama administration will propose new legislation that will ban the National Security Agency from the collection and storing of massive amounts of Americans' phone records. Under the proposal, the government will have to obtain permission from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to obtain data from phone companies on calls connected to suspected terrorists.
