Turkey Downs Syrian Warplane Near Border

Turkey has shot down a Syrian warplane during pitched fighting between Syrian rebels and government troops near the border.Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan says the Syrian plane violated Turkish airspace.
