Slovakia to Hold Runoff Presidential Election

Two candidates will compete in a runoff ballot to become Slovakia's next president. Prime Minister Robert Fico and millionaire-philanthropist Andrej Kiska will face off March 29 after beating 12 other candidates Sunday for the largely ceremonial post.
