ICC to Deliver Verdict in DR Congo War Crimes Case

The International Criminal Court is expected to deliver a verdict Friday in the case of former Congolese militia leader Germain Katanga, who is accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity. Prosecutors say Katanga and his Patriotic Resistance Forces murdered about 200 people in a 2003 attack on Bogoro village in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
