Car Bombings in Iraqi Capital Kill at Least 15

Officials in Iraq say at least 15 people have been killed in two separate car bombings in Baghdad.   Police say the deadliest attack took place in the mostly Shi’ite neighborhood of Ur, where a car bombing killed at least eight people and wounded 20 others.   They say another car bomb exploded in the central Karrada district, also a predominantly Shi’ite area, killing at least seven people.   There has been no claim of responsibility for the attacks, but al-Qaida has a...
